Martin John Mills is a multi-faceted performer based in Hamburg, Germany, who has been working as a voice-over artist, improviser and actor since 2006.

Raised in a musical household, Martin started taking piano lessons at the age of eight, with an early predilection for Beethoven’s music. He is fluent in English, French and German.

Martin's acting credits include roles such as Richard Hannay in The 39 Steps, Professor Higgins in Pygmalion, and Mr Darcy in a stage adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. Notable comedy performances were as Sir Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night, Humphrey Bogart in Play It Again Sam, and a veritable host of (mostly female) roles in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged).

He is one half of the longform improv duo "Martin&Maze”, who regularly perform their fully improvised shows on stages across Germany, and teaches workshops on improv technique in Hamburg.

Martin is looking forward to sharing the stage again with his long-time friend and co-actor Harald Djürken.
