George Ormerod

A Picture of 'Elf

George trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. He started his career with the Worcester Repertory Company having performed in King John in Worcester Cathedral and Cider With Rosie where he took the part of Young Loll to critical acclaim. He was a member of the Swan Youth Theatre for three years, appearing in such productions as I Am Jack, where he took the lead role, The Trojan Women as Agamemnon and the award winning As You Like It, for which he was nominated for best young actor.

George also appeared in a short film, directed by Toby Amies, entitled Killing’s My Living as well as taking part in the Shaken Up Project at Selfridges, a festival celebrating the birth and date of William Shakespeare, in which he played Prospero, Exeter and Mark Antony.
