EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS
Tortive Theatre has started to programme a series of online events and workshops to help maintain and develop creative skills. We are hoping to expand our offering of over the course of 2021 and build a creative community that can become a part of our ongoing work.
Many of our workshops are free to members of our site. For more information on current workshops and events please click the link below.
One of our biggest successes of 2020 has been the launch of our #FlashFiction101 competition, run in partnership with the Worcester Rep and Swan Theatre. Each month writers submit stories with a 101 word limit and we've been blown away by the incredible entries we've received from all over the globe.
Taking part is completely free and all shortlisted and winning stories are published on our site and promoted on our social media accounts.
Some stories featured have already started the next stage of their journey with Tortive Theatre now developing works into audio dramas set for release in 2021.
